The only medical membership that’s on-demand 24/7, 365
You can reach us 24/7 on our medical hotline. If a medical issue arises, please call or email us.
While an appointment is not necessary, we recommend calling ahead so we can prepare for your arrival, saving you time.
When you join, we’ll send you onboarding forms to sign, including the Membership Agreement, Medical Consent, and Medical Release Forms for every member on the account.
Our contact card has key information to make it easy for you to reach out. Don’t forget to download it from your Welcome Email and save it on your phone.
An advisor from our Member Services team will reach out to highlight the many ways you can use Sollis.
This non-mandatory step gives you the chance to talk to a provider over the phone or in person about your medical history, your baseline health, and your care preferences.
We encourage our members to go through this onboarding process in order to get to know Sollis Health and learn how we can best support your medical needs.
Welcome Call with Member Services
Once you become a member, a Member Services Advisor will reach out to schedule a welcome call. During this call, our Member Services team will highlight all the ways you can use Sollis, what we can treat, and how our members typically use our services. Additionally, our team can answer any questions you may have.
Clinical Onboarding Call or In-Person Welcome Consultation
Please choose one to help you take full advantage of your membership, discuss your baseline health, and confirm your care preferences.
Clinical Onboarding Call
This call provides you the opportunity to speak with one of our providers to share your medical history and discuss your baseline health and care preferences. In order to best prepare for the call, we ask that you have the following information ready:
In-Person Welcome Consultation
While not mandatory, we encourage all our new members to have a Welcome Consultation. This in-center visit includes a tour and a consultation with one of our board-certified emergency medicine providers. They will perform a baseline examination and blood draw, collect additional background information, and showcase all our in-center services.
There is no charge for this visit or for any routine labs or EKG that may be performed. This does not replace an annual physical examination with your primary care physician.
With this in-depth data about your health, our providers can better support you— especially if you have an urgent medical concern down the line.
To schedule your Welcome Consultation, please call our 24/7 medical hotline or email memberservices@sollishealth.com.
All laboratory tests sent out to outside parties may bill your insurance.
Sollis can submit invoices on your behalf to your commercial health insurance plan with out-of-network benefits. Depending on your health plan, you may be reimbursed directly by your insurance company. Sollis cannot submit claims to government insurance, including Medicare.
Sollis Health is an out-of-network provider.

Advanced On-Site Imaging
If you schedule advanced imaging procedures ahead of time, or during normal business hours (8 AM-4 PM), it is likely Sollis Health can gain prior authorization approval. Prior authorization is not a guarantee for payment. Advanced imaging through insurance can be scheduled at the facility of your choice that accepts benefits.
If advanced imaging is done anytime after 4PM at one of our Sollis locations you will be responsible for the entire fee up front. Our Billing team can assist you in submitting the applicable claims to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement will come directly from your health insurance provider. Sollis cannot submit claims to government insurance, including Medicare.
For any x-ray services done at any time, you will be responsible for the entire fee up front and this cannot be billed through insurance.
Advanced Lab Work
If you would like to run additional lab work not offered in-house, Sollis can perform the blood draw (with a prescription from your primary care physician or specialist) and send out to the lab.
Please note: payment for any blood work or cultures sent to a third-party lab will be handled in accordance with the lab’s policies. These fees may be covered by your insurance, subject to any deductible or coinsurance in your health insurance plan. Such fees are not included in your Sollis membership.
Turnaround times are dependent on what labs are being run. Some results may take longer to be returned than others.
Our house call service is designed to deliver the world-class care you deserve without having to leave the comfort of home.
We do offer house calls outside of our immediate service areas for an additional fee.
